In Norway the are the best of the best at giving tickets and shit, but when it comes to helping those in real need, they say we dont have the capacity and thats the truth. There have been wintesess seeing 3 guys jumping on 1 guy and beating him to death while cops were watching because they were scared getting injured. I have lost all respect to cops so fuck them.
