If teff is grown in Oklahoma, will the price go down? I remember my aunt's farm in Oklahoma growing wheat. It would be cool to be able to use more teff. I like it, but it sure isn't cheap.

Good luck with it. The enjera I made wasn't bad, then again it wasn't that good. But I lack experience. I haven't had any luck adding it to bread recipes, but I probably just need to add gluten, or some substitute for gluten, like xanthum or guar gums.
@SailorBarsoom I hear ya, but gluten is why we are all sick and Obese! same with dairy and sugar! POISON! Eat foods in there natural forms for optimum health, Peace!
