There is so many things wrong with this video, it isn't any funny. No matter what happens we as front desk representatives we are not aloud to swear, or lose our temper. No matter what happens we have to stay cool and collected.. And then to carrry on with a phone conversation with the caller is very unprofessional.  Not only is the caller wrong, but the front desk employee is off her rocker too.

This gave me a headache, coming from a former desk clerk. I don't think people really understand what its like. When you are alone at a hotel especially overnight, and you are in charge of everyone's safety, if something goes wrong you have guests chewing you up and spitting you out, demanding free rooms, demanding to see a mgr, and if you actually fall for this prank, you just about have a heart attack and die of embarrasment afterwards. This wasn't funny in the slightest. Yes, im venting, lol.
