How to cancel the shutdown:

1. Go to start menu

2. press RUN

3. type cmd

4. type in the cmd(command prompt) shutdown -a  And thats how to cancel it!

@boysrus2003 I found that you can go to it's process in the task manager, open it's location, delete the process, and delete the file causing the shutdown and it won't do it anymore. Though, only a PC savvy person like myself could do that in 10 seconds.
