That two band members dead. I can only hope and pray that Roger, David and Nick will put aside there differences, find peace and play together to honor Rick and Sid.

Dave said in an interview that it wasn't really feeling well to play with Roger again. Rogers ego is just too big for the band. But I guess, Dave could even do a Pink Floyd album on his own. Just listen to Daves new album. It sounds like a mix of obscured by clouds, division bell and wish you were here. In fact "on an island" is almost a Pink Floyd album :)
Gilmour won't do a floyd album with or without Waters. He says it's to much of a hassle, and he's to old to undertake all that again. I agree that Waters' ego is too big for Gimour to have the desire to do another concert with him. Live 8 was it, and however brief it was that moment was truly magical. After all that acrimony in the 80s and 90s I never thought a reunion would happen. Thankfully I was wrong and hopefully I'm wrong again but I doubt it.
