@TheWarden93 My weimaraner is quiet as hell. I sat for 20mins. I got her to bark by leashing her to something and holding food just out of reach till she got frustrated and made any kind of noise. When she whined, I gave her some food and praised her, she loves to eat so I don't even need treats Lol Soon after that, she began to bark for the food. You just have to be very patient

Why the whole door thing? Thats teaching thrm to bark everytime someone comes to the door....like they naturally do.To teach to speak just use treats and say speak over and over and once they bark reward them.

if you have that kinda dog who bites your fingers off if you don't give him the treat, the first thing you have to do is to make your dog understand you're the boss and you're the one who gives commands - and you're the one who gives the treat. if you give treat to your dog when it tries to bite you, the dog KNOWS how to get the treat easier and it surely will use that trick.
