Old naix wasn't imbalanced. He had no team fight capability, low health, and no lane presence. He was only strong against disorganized, non-pro teams that would let him farm undeterred for 45 mins (pubs ahoy). The new naix is much better (and more interesting).

I tried to do it with Kardel once. My items were 2 b-flys,bloodstone,3 divines. But you can't do it in 1 go. Once your life goes yellow or orange then get out. You have to keep going back once your life has been replenished. Its just patience.
