I was able to fix my wii, then i unlocked it and now i have hundreds of games i can play! not to mention old games i grew up with like CONTRA! hell yea!

That means that the phone is still locked to the original service provider. You would need to get the unlock code or the subsidy code.

Leave the phone powered on for 24 hours with a SIM card on it.
