Percentage of adults in state prison who are White, 1997341: 33.3%
As you can see (or maybe you can't?) the difference is not that significant. Therefore, "black people" don't break the law anymore than white people. Read a book, please.

I never said there WASN'T a difference, and the fact that there are more Whites in the U.S. than Blacks was not part of my claim. If you're going to bring in third variables such as that, then I too should be allowed to use the fact that class is inextricably entangled with incarceration.
