I really wanted to watch this video in its entirety, I really did. I must confess though I closed it out at 1:43. I am truly sorry for this, please accept my apologies, but I just couldn't go on.

that's indeed a good question , it is important to keep the position of the object you shoot or the photograph position, to give the point of view where people should go to see the same.
with the distance meter in the exif, and the compass, it would be possible to have the position of what you shoot, but in the case of a landscape it will be the infinite distance in the lens information
