  • i have a question... if wind water earth fire are all forms of chi energy. is it possible to cultivate the forms of energy and pass them on viz strikes. second is... is it possible to project the chi from strike to remote areas of the body , through intention perhaps?

  • Thank you. If you THINK about it, you will lose! Don'[t think, don't theorize, just do it is the rule :) If you HAVE fa-jing and you HAVE "sung", the Qi WILL indeed do what it is supposed to do in a self defence real life situation.

  • thank you sir i appreciate the reply. i do understand the concept wei wu wei . i am somewhat of a daoist .i was just curious to see if at higher levels, better chi manipulation was possible. the problem i have with my fa-jing it the starting point is random rather than drawing energy up from the ground it will originate in lets say my shoulder .. any thoughts on that? thank u again sifu

  • Thank you if it goes to your shoulder, then you have tension there. I am not a Taoist, as The Wudang arts were more Buddhist. However, I am nothing, if anything I am of the "Family" and Love. As soon as you try to "manipulate" Qi as you say, the conscious mind must be present and therefore you are defeated. Qi cannot be manipulated. If just happens (after training) when needed. So if you need to heal someone, you will but if you need to attack someone you will

    Kind regards

    E

  • i will meditate on this ........ you have thrown me a curve ball with this reply. i apologize im very curious about these matters so i am full of questions. my master dose not include chi into his curriculum and i feel like i am at a disadvantage. so all knowledge i have is through personal theory study. (any advice as to what i should be studying?) thank you again sir have a wonderful day.

  • @ocinraalegov Yes, "Begin" :)
