Its how they market to Americans. Same car but different design and brand name so that they can charge 10k more. It is nothing more than a rip off. An acura TSX is a glorified honda accord.

I'd take the TSX over any US spec Accord tho. My mom drives an '04 TSX actually and the fit and finish was far above the equivalent '04 Accord. And weirdly...it was $3,000 cheaper, hence we bought the Acura hehe
