Wow really? I was expecting something more complex. There is a website that has all the clips used. Finding a gif isn't to hard. The only effort is to put the sounds in the respective place in personalizing a sound theme.

for the moving wallpaper you can try creating a slide show for the wallpaper to make it seem like its moving just make it so it changes every second that might work for windows 7
