I was here when this happened and remember the tools carrying on....This boat had survived over 80years at sea. Tools could only get excited about this stuff from video games.

The person that filmed this was trying to preserve a small a piece of history to share with the world. I was standing there watching this unfold. If they knew she was going to sink why didn't they flood the vessel keeping her on the keel blocks so she would not move and drain her as they empy the dock In that way there would be no cost of raising her or cutting her up for scrap
