everyone who had the chance to see him on stage is LUCKY, Unfurtnatly I coud't. But with U tube I can see and live the magic this man is giving. FANTASTIC. Thank you
New Years Eve 1975 in the Pontiac Silverdome in Mich., my wife and I saw him perform. For an hour and a half, he showed why the throne of rock and roll fits his butt and no one elses. He moved around the stage like he'd invented it. When he sang 'And I Love You So', tears were rolling down my wife's cheeks. That memory alone is worth more than I could make in 10 lifetimes. And the tickets were only $11 apiece. Thanks, Elvis, for making my wife (and millions of others) happy. RIP.
I noticed that RCA IN 1974 Released a LP Titled Having Fun with Elvis on Stage. With just Elvis talking and fooling around. I see why Elvis was such a very talkitive and great humor jokster. and that Album along with this footage proves he was a great and excellent showmanship on and off stage. May the king live on forever. I love ya Elvis and i always will. Cool music to.
Are you gonna be uploading anymore from this gig or any other gigs in HD? this is the ONLY elvis footage i've found in HD and with a great position of the stage!! Anyone know of any good ones they've found?
I had the great pleasure of attending one of his concerts in 1975 in Houston. It was fantastic. At that time he had started to put on weight but still looked healthy and vibrant. It was a great show and I still have the canceled check made out to Elvis Presley. 4 tickets at very cheap prices!
Great video! Thank you sooo much. I have Firefox and got the HD video add-on for YouTube and other videos. Really makes it look so good and clear. Look forward to more videos! Saw him in concert several times. He was spotted on the university campus here in Tuscaloosa in the 70's. His former piano man, Jack Marshall(Kentucky Fried Chicken) lives here. Jake Hess and some of the other back-ups frequently came and played at the chuches in and around town often. Amazing times.
Awesome!!!!! I saw a 1974 concert that filmed from the in house equipment I believe, and it was shown only the one time in 1974 with the owner of the footage posting a message(and saying?) on the screen stating that because he knew how Elvis' fans would love to see the concert he really wanted to share it,but once it was shown that would be it,and I have'nt seen it since!!!!! I really want to find out which concert it was,and he sang Blue Christmas!!
Great, how he deals with the audience. He's really cute. Never, never will be someone who is better than Elvis. No one can stand in his shadow. He has everything to fall in love ... his voice ... his humor, his laugh Elvis to hear and see is equal to perfectly happyness. What a man!
@moniqueirene - Hey wait a minute - does this include me sweetheart - LOL...
I will have to agree with you no one will ever stand in this man's shoes - what a great talent and life. I am sure he is a funny man - at least that is what I think. Take care love, nice to see your kind comments.

This is filmed during a brief period when Elvis scaled-back on the pills after his near-death experience in 1973. You can tell here he's not stoned. But by 1975, he was back on the pill-coaster.
I recently found out I am related to Elvis. This is a great video and I especially liked the part where he spoke to JD Sumner. JD was the lowest bass vocalist in the world at that time. He proved it. That is no bass guitar or synthesizer. He can hit below the lowest note on the keyboard of a piano. I met JD while stationed with the 101st Airborne Division @ Ft. Campbell. He had a gospel group at that time called JD Sumner and the Stamps.

@augfour That's amazing! It's weird but it's very rare to meet people that have actually seen him live in concert. 27 shows is amazing!! Also, I read somewhere that the Colonel got mad at him if he played around too much on stage.

I think the reason that Elvis was so popular, is because he appealed to little girls who were just coming into puberty. At that tender age, they could not discern the difference between true artistic merit and raw sexual emotion. The only thing they could do was scream because, frankly, Elvis was not worthy of a higher order of recognition.
@cobalt100 Nice try asswipe. I guess all of Elvis' success in his older years was because of little girls as well right? Wrong dumbass. Maybe it was talent. But talent is something foreign to you so how would you know it if you saw it.
absolutely amazing !! Elvis at his best and havin fun !! I saw Elvis in march of 74 and I wish I had footage like this of that concert ! Like this show he was in a fantastic mood for that concert .
Is it my computer or does everyone's videos start and stop all through this set. He is/was the greatest singer ever to grace us with his presence! There will NEVER be anyone like him!
This must be the best sound and picture quality footage in between Aloha and 1977. If Elvis had been in this upbeat mood during Aloha that concert would be amazing.
Outstanding footage of Elvis in concert, Elvis really loved to have fun on stage and his laugh was contagious! I really miss him, his death not only shocked the world, but I think it changed the music industry forever. To lose a artist like Elvis was a tremendous loss. Elvis kept other artists on their toes.
This is a treasure! Thank you so much for posting it. Like the other posters, I've never quite seen Elvis this way and after all these years, who would have thought we'd get a NEW glimpse into the personality of the man. Great stuff.
THe dislikers are probably Justin beiber fans LOL. They they wouldn't know class even if they had to sit in one which they probably still are LOL. Fantastic footage of the King.
Great video...thanks......He was truly enjoying performing in this concert. In his later years the only other concert I saw the same energy was the 1976 New years eve Pittsburgh concert , in many others he just looked ...sad
Not many entertainers could get away with what Elvis did on stage ,but the man was awesome such charisma and stage presence .Never seen this before its always great to find something new by the king .Thanks for sharing it such great quality .
unbelievable! what a good quality that is!! those days we had no 10mb cam with 60 Gb disk, I'm impressed. you can see and feel the joy Elvis had and gave. his voice is great. take in mind that Elvis worked 110% and did 2 or even more shows a day, I've been on stage myself with my band and believe me its hard work and drains you totally so to all new preformers, maybe you have a laugh with Elvis and you call him old, maybe he is, but you try to keep up with the KING. thanks for the add!
I AGREE, HOW CAN YOU NOT ENJOY WATCHING Elvis having fun with the crowd ? THIS IS WHAT HE ENJOYED doing the most. Something todays entertainers could take a few lessons on. Unlike most of todays artists, not all but most,he would go to any length to please his fans .
thanks for putting this for all to see of the greatest entertainter ever! his memory will live long after these elvis haters are dead and buried.he has left us well over 30 years and continues to command over 50 million dollars in revenue each year.i enjoy watching each clip and hope you continue bringing these out for ppl to see.
Every time he laughs, I laugh. His laughter is the most beautifull in the world and I can´t stop, I have to laugh. He makes me feel so good and happy when I listen to him and his music. God bless him. Good video, I love it Jeanette, Denmark
I WAS BLESSED ENOUGH TO HAVE SEEN ELVIS JUST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THIS CONCERT AND HE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF MEZMERIZING ! TCB E . WE LOVE YOU AND WE MISS YOU MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY !!
Strangely excellent quality, and a great show to boot. Although I can't help but feel sad watching this performance, sure Elvis is having fun and that's great but compare this to a show from seventy one.. None of the loveable charm and charisma is missing however. Thank you very much indeed. ?B^]
Wow to see Elvis the King laughing is heart out on stage it's amazing, wow I would have loved to see that live. He was,he is and always will be the best. Thank you this is magical. Love Elvis forever.
I wish it didn't end at the best part of "Polk Salad Annie". But all in all, its great footage ! It brought back great memories. Elvis was always fun and entertaining.. and handsome with such talent, charm and charisma.
sorry but this can't be 1080p Full HD. The original video from 1974 is old. 1974 & Full HD. ? The video size was 4:3 in 1974, and HD is 16:9 and 16:9 is new. no way. You edit the video scale.
where was this. if you can do it to this on,. why cant it be done to sooo many more? amAZING. ELVIS FANTASY2001 WHAT EVER YOU DID KEEP ON!! DO MORE VIDEOS PLEASE.
OMG this is wonderful, seeing Elvis happy and laughing, he was always clowining around and his laugh is so infectious. God Bless you Darling Elvis for all the happy hours you have given me through your music your looks and your wonderful sense of humour, love and miss you so very much. R I P

I think the reason that Elvis was so popular, is because he appealed to little girls who were just coming into puberty. At that tender age, they could not discern the difference between true artistic merit and raw sexual emotion. The only thing they could do was scream because, frankly, Elvis was not worthy of a higher order of recognition.

this wasn't taken at the hilton. It was on tour somewhere in America. Fans were not seated behind Elvis in Vegas...

Strangely excellent quality, and a great show to boot. Although I can't help but feel sad watching this performance, sure Elvis is having fun and that's great but compare this to a show from seventy one.. None of the loveable charm and charisma is missing however. Thank you very much indeed. ?B^]

sorry but this can't be 1080p Full HD. The original video from 1974 is old. 1974 & Full HD. ? The video size was 4:3 in 1974, and HD is 16:9 and 16:9 is new. no way. You edit the video scale.
