It is a shame many parents don blinders to the problem of overpopulation, "I am not contributing to the problem because of 'x'." Which is merely a method of self-soothing. Humans are not near extinction, by far, so there is no need to take the survival stance. That is quite opposite to the problems of which I refer.
Shit like this makes me sick. Breeders in this era are merely selfish bastards who are determined to contribute to our massive overpopulation problem. People with narcissistic tendencies like creating a whole passel of clones and likenesses which detract from the Earth's survivability are the real terrorists of the modern era. The need to infuse your beliefs and ideals into another human being is such an ego-fueled endeavor, especially when the world is already being choked. Get a clue.
