Yes they sell these in the malls nationwide, I don't really know about charging issues via there website as I paid cash for mine along with needed accessories. I can say this, the battery life is as advertised, I would recommend buying a backup in case of travel etc.. I have been using mine for weeks now with no craving for a cig. I recommend using it in the same fashion as a cig following your normal smoke routines, after meals etc.., also for heavy smokers purchase the additional nicotine sol-

Okay, my 2-cents on this product...first, the video said "each cartridge lasts as much as 2 packs of cigarettes." Then, on it's website, it says each cartridge lasts as much as 20 cigs. Then, when I got the product, the manual states that each cartridge is as good as 7 cigarettes! If each cartidge is only as good as 7, but they say it is good for 20 on their website, then aren't they false advertising, especially since they give you no means of contacting them??

I just got my trial offer today of this. The package was opened!! Someone stole one of the cig. Menthol one. That was the one I needed of course. and two of the chargers. All I got was one cig. and five flavored filters or whatever you call them. Plus these people have no customer service number... only a email RMA return . There was nothing in the package to order the flavor I wanted.. all paperwork was gone. They have no customer service period.

I've seen stuff like that. It warms the weed hot enough to release the THC but it doesn't burn the pot enough to burn it. That means you don't breath in all of the crap. You just breath in a vapor of released THC.
