@skb0rzn you cant get radiation sickness by eating something hit with ionizing radiation. Fallout was wrong, there will not be irradiated food unless the dust on top of it is . Lot of food is actually cleaned that way, hit with massive amounts of radiation to kill the bacteria on it.
