My goodness, you can eat a slice of the 'Mountain Pie'!? Well, I guess that's why you're the pie lady! And just what sort of 'Bionic' crust is this that doesn't deflate as the apples 'cook down'? Could it be that the crust cooks 'firm' long before that mountain of apples are heated enough to 'cook down'? LOL
