Interestingly enough, I experienced Deja vu today while working with and reading a client. I even asked her if we have had a session before and I did not remember that session. I feel like I really know her and our energies are paralleled some how. Pretty amazing and really uncommon... Like we have worked together before, somehow.

The idea is quite interesting, since everything that happens happens here and now. Nothing ever happened in the past and nothing will ever happen in the future, everything happens in the now.
Past and future are just illusions of the mind, past represent memories which can only be accessed now and future represent just predictions based on past memories. It's difficult for mind to understand that
I respectfully disagree that past life regression is the only source of clearing traumatic experiences...this implies that unless you undergo past life regression, you will never clear these experiences....not if it is the ONLY way. I believe there are several ways.
