I'm very impressed too, I'm from chicago and a lot of people are used to hearing the good meteorologists in the etown, but the fact that he actually said what to do if you were home alone is genius, very professional. Kudos to this man who did that 2 years ago.

I'm very impressed. I grew up in Great Bend, and Dave Freeman is alot more professional than Katie Horner here in Kansas City.

Its great how he spoke directly to kids home alone.Most other newscasters do not do that.

I love how he mentions "maybe theres some kids home alone tonight"- man, this guy gets my official fan approval- brilliant at the instructions. Fantastic. This guy can cover weather for me anytime!

When the people in Greensburg heard of the second circulation and was possibly going to hit Greensburg again, they probably had enough. Does anyone know if that second circulation resulted in another tornado, and if it did, did it hit Greensburg?

Dave Freeman did a fantastic job conveying the urgency of the situation to people in the path of the storm without sounding panicked. Nice work!

did exactly what everybody on tv needs to do. Unfortunatley, when I've been around to different states, the coverage is nowhere NEAR this quality. The only other state that does this is Arkansas- they have the best coverage I've ever seen- which is along with this guy.
