thnx, yes by usingthe reflective vinyl thats used on real cars just cut down to 1/18 scale. Ithought about doing NYPD in reflective blue stripes and cut out letters. the NYPD part would be reflective as well but the smaller words would not be.
yes..I actully cut the reflective vinyl at my friends sign shop. I copied stripe from my water slides...... chimneyville amde the 1/24th scale in this design. let me know if ya need a set to copy off of will need resized tho.
(Regarding trim ring wheel effect) Depends if the end result would be overkill (like some who are a little overenthusiastic whilst adding lights). Looking good so far!
