Carlos Dengler is a fucking genius those bass riffs are my favorite of turn on the bright lights. its a shame that he left the band he was a very important piece on interpol's lineup he contributed a lot of ideas on many interpol songs. i can't imagine how their next record (if there is one) will sound. we will miss him so much its like if mccartney left the beatles and the beatles continued recording albums.
seeing interpol live is an extraordinary experience. i saw them twice, for the firt time in belgium, now in brazil... but it's different now that i'm poor and aging, i'll never see that place again. =]
