i always figured preacher curls and concentration curls are basically the same thing so i never really did concentration curls like they're doing...was i wrong??should i incorporate these in my workout as well?
i could never get into these. for isolation i like to do cable curls on a preacher bench. you see too many people curling their wrists upwards while doing bicep work. keep your wrists straight. let the bicep carry the load. if you can't lift it with good form, it's too heavy.
wait should you combine this with hammer curls or just alone?

It wont give you more of a peak. Bicep peaks are determined by your genetics
