I have never seen so much drama over people cutting or burning themselves in this place, really chefs continue to work with major cuts and burns, in fact usually chefs go and get stitches etc AFTER service and NEVER during.

Andrew didn't decide to go the hospital, he was told he had to. The first said people on show decided they coulndt just bandage it, it needed to be probably stitched or something else that they could not do. Andrew's not a baby becuase he listened to the medics
Andrew is such a baby, Hospital for a badly cut finger? DUDE! I cut my finger multiple times at my work. You know what I do? clean the wound, bandage and seal it off, BACK TO FREAKIN' WORK! And I manufacture lenses, in other words I encounter some quite toxic and poisonous substances!
The problem might be that he cut it with a peeler. It was probably a very deep sideways cut, in which case it has to be taken care of, lest he wants that piece of his finger to fall off. I'm speculating, of course. It's much more likely Andrew is a plain ol' pussy.
He's very sensitive and soft-spoken. I wouldn't be surprised if his birthday added up to a 7. He'd be the kind of dude I'd want to end up with, besides the manipulative BS.
OK. I finally got what I've wanted to really say about Ralphie.
It's great to have your dream. But you have to consider what the public is going to find tantalizing. You need the flexibility and your dream needs to be powerful enough that you can keep the core of that dream but adjust to make it successful with strangers.
Frank's restaurant concept and attitudes scare me cos he reminds me of too many owners I've seen on Ramsay's Ktichen Nightmares.
@foreverealm -- Frank? Were you still talking about Ralph? I think Ralph has a good chance in the right area, he's clearly a very capable chef and really enjoys what he's doing. His retro 20's Italian Steakhose could go over well in a lotta places. But, I'm rootin for Michael, his personality is closer to mine and I just like his style. Plus, I think he's a more creative, not afraid of risk, daring kinda cook with a keen palette.
