Moalboal has nice walls and Pescador, but it is average compared to best places in Philippines. On this point, best wall diving in PI's is around Tampan, General Santos. Incidentally, a coal-fired power station/coal ship dock will be built by rich Filipino family there (it is a Marine Protected Area). Welcome to the Philippines!!!!!!!!

I agree , but not many large pelagics though.
only bedugong shark and mantas, but the corals no place can compare to Raja ampat and the topography is wonderfully beuatiful.
Raja ampat is truly divers last paradise .
