@DeviantFanArtist if you pause the game, you can get rid of the HUD (head up display) (in lame-man terms: IT GETS RID OF ALL THE BUTTONS AND GADGETS AND STUFF) then you can "walk" around your house. pretty much spectator mode...

You can make houses without a family, go to the menu and click Edit Town then choose an empty lot and build away with unlimited funds! :)

@164raptor download the program: Somud, it's a torrent downloader, then you can search throug this program and download all the games in the world including sims3 and expansionpacks. But keep in mon that you will need a ton of space on your harddisk of your pc, because sims 3 is 4gb in space, and expansion packs reach from 2,5gb till 6gb each!
