dude you're a genius, I spent a good 3 hours trying to remove this cover as instructed by Tmobile instructions, then finally was fed up, came here watched your video, and I had the cover off in 5 seconds! Thanks bro...
Thank you so much! Simple and helpful! My phone drops calls all the time and can't seem to hang onto 4G and randomly calls people and turns on apps. Is this just my phone? Should I return it and get another body for it? If I do, will I lose all my info?
Thanks so much for the HTC Sense 4G back door removal instructions. I felt like an idiot fumbling with the darned thing. Love the phone, hated the manual. Again, much thanks :)
@Reviewstash you rock mate thanks for giving me the hint there its a bugger when its a new phone and you wanna see whats inside it but thanks for sorting it out for me :D
Thanks for this video, my HTC Sensation has three times now refused to turn on until I remove the battery and replace it - your video has helped me every time.
I just got this phone today and was just trying to remove the cover the way the instructions said and they are definitely doing it wrong. Thanks for the tip.
@meerak87 I'm a first adopter, so I usually get the brunt force of electronics problems. My HP ZR24W's S-IPS for example took three replacements to get usable. In terms of the HTC Sensation, I would recommend demoing your unit in the store to make sure you get one you are happy with. I tried two HTC Sensations (one mine, one the owners) and both operated beautifully. I tried one G2X and it froze on me - no kidding! I'm curious to see how the SGSII pans out, but I've heard it overheats.
@meerak87 I have experienced no lag, none of the static build up that results in the touchscreen not working, and my unit has no dead pixels nor dust under the screen. This phone is only going to get faster once we can dump Sense off of it. I predict that the quadrant scores on the dual, asynchronous Cortex A8, without the bloat, will be able to go blow-for-blow with SGSII. The only "slight" lag I notice is sometimes when I am running the weather lock screen. Please check out reviewstash! Thanks
@meerak87 Thanks for the comment! I grip my smart phones very tightly when I use them and I haven't had any issues with signal quality deterioration. Considering how many tests people have run, I'm sure if I took the case off, ran WiFi, and squeezed the life out of the unibody I'd see the signal loss. But for normal use, it has proven to be absolutely awesome. I recommend keeping the stock screen protector on and getting the gel case that I feature in another video.
You're a genius.Second time I have had to refer to your video. Thanks.

@heather4him
If you haven't been able to solve the issue via a hard reset on your phone, you should definitely contact T-Mobile for an exchange.
Most of your data will be stored with Google account, but you can download a backup application and save your phone data to your SD card.

manikan 5 months ago
@manikan You can root your phone and modify the ROM so that it is senseless - visit the XDADeveloper site for more info on that.
