This is such a load of bull! This man is trying to make himself sound like a decent person, when in reality, he has forced out or fired most of the people that worked for him at the original LaBrioche on Midvale. These people helped to make him successful and now he decides to kick them to the curb. Yes, I was one of those people, one of the first and I had to stand by and watch what he has done to the rest. The food and bakery might be good, but the "chi" for the employees stinks!
