  • Mosin Nagants<333

  • love how he shows the difference in size between the 22lr and the 7.62x54r. That is one big round.

  • song name ?

  • Its funny hearing a 22lr firing, then hearing a Mosin firing.

  • Nonpoint-Bullet With A Name

    ;)

  • You could have done without the music.

  • i have a mosin nagant.

  • I HAVE A MOSIN!!!

  • Me too :D

  • whats up with the feces sounds as soon as the shooting starts?

  • @orbits2 , i think someone had the squirts.

  • Was it just me or did I see a 91/30 in there?

  • It was an M38 I think. A little more rare, but still a Mosin. I want an M39 :-(

  • I'm pretty sure the small gun shoots .22 WMR... Not .22 LR... Atleast they looked like WMR (A lot longer than LR and has coppertip instead of lead, because lead can't take 2x faster velocity of a WMR case.)

  • Nah, they were .22 LR I assure you. Its a Ruger 10/22, I have a similar gun. They do have .22 LR rounds with that color tip. They probably just looked like longer casings cause of the camera close ups.

  • I have BOTH of those guns exactly, except my Mosin is the carbine version, not the sniper version. I love shooting both :P

  • 3:20-3:22 and 6:17-6:20 - You killed Frosty. :C

What song was used with this video?

  • Nonpoint - Bullet with a name

  • how much for about 50 rounds of ammo for this rifle?

  • It's $8 for a box of 20 of 7.62x54 Russian. So probably about $16-20.00.

  • i'm thinking of getting one of these rifles at big 5, how much for at least 50 rounds of ammo?

  • I got 150 noncorrosive rnds for 39.99

  • some people at a local gunshop say mosins suck. They're dumb lol

  • is a bolt action rifle more accurate than the assault rifles of the present?

  • Depends on how your using an AR and the type, but a majority of the time bolt actions are more accurate.

  • that's because the only part of a bolt-action that moves when you pull the trigger is the firing pin. with a semi-auto or an auto, the extractor immediately extracts the shell, throwing off your aim.

  • you know if you go to a gun store you can get 7.62x54r with stripper clips it'l make it faster to load

  • what type of ammo?

and where did you get it?

  • how accurate are the mosin nagant's? Im thinking about picking one up from dunhams for 109.???

  • Theyre pretty accurate guns, we didnt really display this in this video cause we were just screwing around though.

  • they are very accurate

  • you can expect 8moa or less as is or 2-4moa after some mods. it is pretty accurate for surplus.. nothing like the mausers or m1's though.

  • yet somehow Vasiley Zaitsev earned his way into sniping lore with a M1891/30 Mosin-Nagant.

  • Zaitsev like most Russians were seasoned hunters before the war-They knew how to usa a mosin nagant!apparently people like fusionstar916 are just goin on their accuracy in Call of duty...

  • His rifle was similar to the difference of a Remington 700 BDL and an M40a1.

  • poor snowman

  • yeahh u guys r right the music like screwed up the vid.

  • stop playing and go hunting..

  • Best mosin rifles where produced before 1943. Later steel of tube become less qualitative (to make rifle cheaper and produce more, because of war) and as a result - 300 bullets precise but further - scattering of impact points become huge.

  • Mosin's made in '42 and '43 may not look as good, but the Soviets didn't cut back on the quality of the steel. My '42 Izhevsk is just as safe, accurate, and well built as my '34 Tula. It just isn't as well machined on the outside.

  • JESUS!! U JUST EXECUTET A SNOWMAN!!! U ARE MEAN!!!

but nice vid and aiming ;)

  • why do good vids of firearms get ruined over-loud music!

  • I loved the video!

You guys have a nice aim. Poor snowman, I wanted to hunt them down :S

Jup, deffinately 5 stars, and a spot in my favorites!!

  • Good, until the music. Could have been a good video all around without the music. I watched it all though. Keep it up.

  • Poor snowman... LOL.

I'll buy a 1891/30 soon (Year 1943, made in Izhevsk and some parts in Tula) and I would want an info. Is it true that all 91/30 shoots up to 10 inchs upper the designated target? P.S.= Sorry for my english!

    Bye!

  • this is kinda responsive to you mosin nagant

    "defend ze motherland"!

  • 7.62 x 54r

  • i dun why i put this but here goes...AHHHHHH MOTHERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!

  • im likein that Czech silver tip ammo...

  • nice I have both of those guns... and them some. My uncle owns a gun store so I borrow some occasionally. He is a class III so I have used full autos and suppressors too.

  • are you on police records for all the firearms you have in your vids???

  • I doubt it. Theyre not illegal.

  • RIFLES DONT NEED TO BE REGISTERED

  • there's only two guns...

  • They also sell AR-15, AK47/74 assault rifles. All the pistols , ammo , magazines you want and everything in-between!!!! :) USA BABY !!!!

Watcha want to see is someone do a full auto 100rd chinese ak drum magazine dumpin a folding stock AK-47....everyone over 18 can own one...no license needed in 99% of places.

  • is that the rifle from red orchestra? cool i wanna shoot, never shot a gun in my life, except for a bb gun and a water gun

  • If you've never shot a gun in your life before, then the mosin nagant with it's powerful 7.62x54R ammo is not the place to start out with, start with a smaller caliber.

  • lol in holland its forbidden :( even bibi guns

  • Oh, sucks for you guys. :(

  • I would move.

  • how the hack did u get a mosin negant :O

  • Cause they sell them.

  • YOU can purchase a mosin nagant just about any where for dirt cheap I purchased my M 91/30 for about sixty bucks and ammos dirt cheap as well.. I think its like four fifty for a box of twenty.

  • 7.62x54?

  • It would be nice if you had some tracers. :)

  • My dad and myself have a m44 and a 91/30. Sticky bolt only happens when we shoot Hungarian ammo. I have yet to have a sticky bolt after 40 rounds of Bulgarian ammo. I have also seen some older 91/30's that shoot Hungarian better. So i guess it just depends on the rifle vs the make of the ammo.

  • hey i luv those mosin nagants me and my dad have one...............we only paid 60 bucks for them and there really nice

  • do you have problems with the bolt because my m44 is such a pain compared to my k98. But the 7.62x54r is alot cheaper than 8mm mauser

  • you probably have cosmoline in it, take a heat gun and a towel to it and it should run out of the hard to reach spots.

  • Does the bolt on your M44 tend to come completely out at times...or when closing it the hammer won't cock? Mines been doing that for sometime now and I wanted to take it hunting, but I gotta figure out whats wrong with the thing first

  • Hungarian Light Ball 7.62x54-R Military 147 grain Boat-tail silver-tip FMJ

  • What sort of ammunition for the mosin are you using? The colouring on the casings are very different from what I happen to use.

  • No sure, it was his gun. I think it was called "czech silvertip."

  • its just light ball ammo.

if you can find it it comes out of the surplus in 880 round cases for around $100 depending were you get it from

  • wicked nice vid!

  • wahts song is that??

  • "Bullet with a Name" by Nonpoint

  • sounds life a low quality porno

  • from what it sounds like.. none of you know how to shoot rifles accurately, or clean them. 600metre ranges are what you should shootat with 7.62 round and get a grouping.

  • oh shut the hell up about how they shoot, who cares, they never said they were proffesionals or anything. all you homos just ramble on and try to sound cool. just shut up, if you don't like it go watch another video.

  • Why don't you guys try actual target shooting? I can cut holes with my M44 at 70-75 yards, Thats all the farther I have really had a chance to shoot it at. Try Shoot 'n see targets at 50 yards and tell me your groupings...

  • We were just messing around, im pretty happy with the fact i blew an apple off a post at 50 yards in that. And hes shot 2 liters at like 125 with it.

  • Sticky-bolt syndrome in Mosin Nagants can also be caused by CRAP buildup inside the chamber, so polish up the area where the bolt slides and you ought to be OK if the carb cleaner trick doesnt work.

I hope that 50rds didn't last you all day... I go through 100 in an hour :-P

  • thats sad.... a video featuring 200 bucks worth of guns and 80 rounds.... no need for the song and you could have limited it to about 10 seconds....

  • I'm suprised you guys still have your eyeballs intact

  • i have a springfield model 18 something

    boltaction, shoots 30-40 krag

im pretty sure it was used in WWI

next time i go out to my ranch ill have to shoot it

  • sweet guns. iv got both of em and they kick bum

  • totally awesome, guys. kudos.

  • well, the bolt moves around just fine when there is no round in the gun.

Ill chamber a round, and push the bolt forward easily, but then when i try to push it down, it gets really tough.

maybe i just need to break it in a little more

  • hey, do you know any ways to make the bolt less stiff?

i have a hell of a time getting mine to chamber a round

  • Some lube?

  • Both my brother and me have a mosin and nothing works better than a rubber mallot

  • buy some stripper clips next time, but great vid

  • they were out

  • mosin-nagant is great !!!

  • Good ol czech silvertip.

  • Czech Silvertip Surplus ? :) My friend shoots the same stuff.

Did you lap the bolt on the 10/22 ?

  • I'm not sure what he did on the 10/22.
