u dont need proof of travel or proof of plane tickets lol.....thats a bunch a bs.
You can apply for a passport at anytime,for no reason to travel. Therefor,you do not have to nor need to show u are about to travel.
This video makes is sound so complicated.
Go to the post office,fill out the paper have two pics and birth certificate.
Its done! Simple as that!

just go to the post office or any passport issuing office and you're set. Just proof of citizenship ex. Birth Certificate or Naturalization Card
