You can go out with a 10 year old legally, you just cant copulate. Like how do you meet a 17 year old? When Jerry got his show and after it started taking off, he stiffed Howard with an appearance he was supposed to have had on the show. Howard made comment of the incident with Gilbert Gottfried (See 'Calling Jerry Seinfeld' here on YT), and you will understand it all a bit more.
@fullbag50 the jerry seinfeld call was before this.... jerry missing the show was all a bit that he was in on and he found it funny....
