Does anyone know what this type of dance is called? Because it looks like a cross between Irish dance and ballet. I just love it but I have no idea where to find this kind of dancing!

@TheFaeri3 : I think Michael Flatley created this type of dancing inspired from Irish dancing. I heared in a documentary that he had difficulties in finding dancers for his show because the steps were new and dancers usually were not accustomed to them.
