I believe the piece mentioned by pljms is titled "Canadian in Mayfair" as it was written in tribute to Robert Farnon. I spoke with Angela via telephone on at least 2 occasions. I am learning her piece Rotten Row (arranged for organ by a dear friend who is Angela's archivest). It's wonderful.
I do have the rest of this programme, but it was not solely about Angela Morley. The entire content relating to her is the above clip. The rest of the broadcast concerned others in same field, eg. Robert Farnon, Ernest Tomlinson (seen briefly at start of clip), Ronald Binge, Mantovani etc.
Agreed, I was amazed to find out she composed and arranged the music for most of Watership Down. She also conducted at the Eurovision Song Contest in the 60's

My favourite piece by Angela Morley is 'Canadian in London'. Shame it's not on YouTube.

Ahh Angela Morley was a diamond! She saw some amazing things, for instance providing orchestrations for JOHN WILLIAMS! Just amazing! RIP!
I have only ever seen John Wilson conduct but I never knew he was from the North of England. He is so nice!

Rotten Row sounds a lot like Debussy's Petite Suite.
The music at 3:30 I think resembles Prokofiev, then Borodin, or perhaps Rimsky-Korsakov.
The penguin babies were very cute!
(In America we pronounce it Die-ness-tea, not dinnistee)

I would really love to seen the entire documentary of my great idol, Angela Morley.
May her memory be an inspiration to aspiring arrangers.
