Honestly; I have a hard time feeling for the students who have to pay 9K for education at these universities and then have to pay it back only if they make more than 21K pds a yr.....and I am sorry Mr Rahul if people get deterred from going to university and "doing what they want to do" b/c they will eventually have to pay it back. Find a study that u can make a living on and contribute to ur society instead of suckling off of it's teat.I went to school and owe $25K,but I have a job so I can pay
