Ok, considering I usedthe AMERICAN Heritage Dictionary, I'll give it to you that maybe YOU, in the home of my beloved ancestors (my last name is BARCLAY) may include the 'H' sound in the word. Afterall, you were speaking the English language long before us Yanks were. Visited in 2005. Much prefer your country to mine! Best to you! Kaydee!

the word is HERBS not ERBS

We Americans are always dropping H's - just like you Brits are always dropping R's. :)

Great seasoning tip Keith. The parmesan is on par with the broccoli as far as flavour depth and makes an ideal pairing. Thks for sharing.

I totally agree dude. Too many people overcook their broccoli (and vegetables in general, here in the south). Nice video.

You should create a video on butter verses margarine and you should tell your viewers not to throw the steam water away.

actually a great video idea...I frequently save my steaming water for soup. What do you make with it?

I use the steam water in place of water in anything. As broth in rice, soup, or just drink it.

nice....I really like the rice idea!

No way I"d drink it! even it's color changes!! But I heard some vitamins actually get transfered to the water when steaming.
