It's a glitch commonly known as "prb" (prolonged rocket boost). If you repeatedly mini-turbo fast enough that you're always at top speed, then you can go offroad without losing speed. At first people thought that it only worked for rocket boosts, but then later on people discovered that it also worked for zippers.
OMG are you using some cheat b/c i dont eeven think its possible to go that fast through grass and sand. anyway, awesome vid you own!

Those guys have over a year(some 3) exp+everyday snaking so they built some thumb muscle :p
