For me it stayed on for a LONG time. It's been a while since I did this, so I don't remember for sure, but it was at least 2 or 3 months with only a little fading.

As a matter of fact, my mom made me try to get it out, and it would NOT come out no matter how many times I washed it, how harsh the soap was, and no matter WHAT I tried.

i only have 1 straightner, and so i need it 2 dye quickly, and can i use foil instead of palstic wrap? won't palstic wrap melt in a straighner? and also if u wet ur hair and use a straightner the straighner will burn wont it?

Foil would be excellent!

The plastic wrap didn't melt for me, but I think if you have a really high heat straightener, it might. (Mine's kinda crappy xD)

I straighten my hair from wet all the time and it doesn't get burnt. I don't think it would be good to do, like, every day though.

It just needs to be somewhat wet, but not soaked. (If I remember what I did correctly. I haven't watched my videos in ages! Hahaha.)

when i dye my hair with kool aid, it doesnt smell good when i straighten it in. smells quite horrible actually.

I guess it depends on if you like the 'hot hair' smell and the scent of the flavor of kool aid you're using then! xD

I personally think that if you have black hair, it looks amazing if you tint it. This requires some real dye and more time and/or heat, but anytime I see a black haired person whose hair has a gloss of color to it, I just love it so much!!

OMG!lol I just need to know a couple of things:

1.MY hair is dark dark brown and i wanna do this..do i need like lighter hair..and need to bleach it, or does it work with any colour??

2.Can u do the heat thing with a blowdryer too?

You'd get a tint on dark hair and the blowdryer would work but the heat will be much less intense than with the straightener. =]
