I heard that Telus is going to have HTC diamond for $149.99 for a 3-year contract

but do you have to have unlimited web and a 3-year contract in order for it to be only 149.99? I dont really need web/personal email.

Hi this phone is not out in North America yet. And i am not sure if Rogers will have it or not so there's no contract price. This phone is unlocked and can be used anywhere in the world with any sim card.

well it is different telus isnt a GSM carrier. All my phones are GSM so doesnt matter what carrier you are on, as long as you have a sim card then it will work.
