  • I love this CAR!!! Where did you buy this kit from and how long did it take you to complete the build?

  • @BreachAndClear123 The car is a factoryfive roadster. I spent about 6 months on it including bodywork and paint.

  • @Bobasaurusinsc was it hard to buil or do they give u an instuction sheet

  • The 03 Cobra wheels look great and unique on it! 5 stars!

  • awesome family project

dont think them wheels suit the car though maybe something a little more old skool would look better.

  • really? I think its the perfect music!

  • Nice video, fantastic car but- don't get me wrong- music is not working for me - sad like on the funeral- but -thats maybe just me...anyway good job!

  • nice job, beautiful, one mistake, butt connectors and scotch connectors on the wiring, solder and shrink tubing, connectors vibrate, expand and contract, have to solder them,to avoid problems down the road

  • just stunning:)

how long did the build take?

and what was the final pricing all in all?

  • Great Job On The Build! Paint Job looks incredible, and the Cobra is jaw droppingly amazing.... one hell of an automobile.... and one of the best replica kits out there!

  • Nice picture history of your build !

How long was your project? Mine took 2 years.

    Tom

    FFR19002

  • so are you doing more of a replica or a loose replica and are you using a top loader?

  • that looks realy good nice color

  • congrats

  • Awsome! I'm looking into building one for myself.

  • Hey, are these difficult to make. I have very little experience with car mechanics and engineering so would this probably be extremely difficult for me?

  • that is unbilevable u are a very lucky guy and injoy ur sweet ride. im bilding a type 65 coupe. and i hope it terns out this well.

  • beautiful nice job

how much did it cost you?

  • thank you for posting this. I'm saving now to purchase one of these kits when I finish UTI next year. There were some questions on certain things that your pictures answered for me. Thank you again. Great build.

  • nice build video and nice finished product, congrats.

  • Good job! Feels good when it's done doesn't it? Wait, these things are never "done".

  • looks awesome. how long did that take you to build?

  • beautiful car, lovely job.. im a little worried about that wiring tho! lots of scotch locks are sure to give some headaches in the years to come

  • Hey Big. The scotch connecotrs are mostly in the dash lighting circuit. I probabl should have soldered and shrinked those, but hind sight is 20/20 for me :)

@ 17K miles they have not caused any issues so far.

    Bobby

  • no scotch locks,I soldered and shrink tubed everything.Using factory [Ford OEM]connectors everywhere else, its better than the original cobras by a mile and as good as a 2009 ford product..stay away from ,butt connectors, scotch lock etc period.

  • My dad has a mk3 and he has taken forever to get it built. almost 2 years and still no wiring.

  • I just left the FFR site looking for some more inspiration, and found it. Great job. Car looks great!!!

  • Dream car, nice video!

  • (shame on ME ...) I found the source of inspiration ;) Led Zeppelin - Dream On - FOREVER & AVE !

  • Dream On by Aerosmith. I have bought it 3 times in my life I hope they find this a tribute :)

  • beautiful car & beautiful background MUSIC... tuned with your nice car :) Who is singing the music ?

    Best regards

  • Great looking snake!!! I'm thinking about a build, what do you think was your cost? I used to have one and sold it.......Biggest mistake of my life!!!!

  • I have about 23K in mine. It is a Factory Five Donor Build. You can finish them from 20 to 50K depending on your wants and pockets.

  • ac cobra!!!!! my 2 dream cars one is the ac cobra and the second is the mustang 500gt (old shelby not new one)

  • howlong did it take to finish?

  • 7 Months till I was on the road.

  • what donar car did you use

  • 1987 Mustang. I drove it for 4 years before hand.

    Bobby

  • My Dad and I are thinking about building one of these, however we don't have alot of mechanical knowledge, how difficult did you find the build? I think we are going to go to the build school at factory 5

    Beautiful car

  • The build is not difficult if you farm out the bodywork and paint. All you really need a good set of tools and the desire to build it. The guys at ffcobra website are a great help whenever you have questions.

    Bobby

  • I am thinking about building one of these kits or a Diablo kit. I have to finish my current jag project first check out my page for vidio of the jag

  • Great development of the meaning behind the build.

  • IT has been more wonderful to drive than I imagined. It is a great car and a great family adventure.

  • too slow song for such fast car

  • Good song. Nice car!
