This is a really great vid, thank you so much for posting! I'm trying to get better myself... All the starving and trying to get as skinny as MK Olsen was such a fucking waste of time. My relationship to food got totally ruined, and I've been more depressed than ever. Being healthy is way more important and it is what really makes you beautiful. Having a big smile on your face when you go out makes you look 1000 times more attarctive than for example those MK Olsen kinda bony legs.
