  • Garbage review, if you are going to go into the internals. Then go into the internals. Don't just talk about them.

  • But still a great review!

Also, make sure to mention somewhere that this is the "Vega Force" VFC PDW and not the "Elite force" There's a little confusion on the web about the differences.

  • K few things-

    1. Love the way you say "aluminum" Just so weird!

    2. Don't worry about scratching your little baby there, although its a toy a little character is a good thing.

    3. We're not here to here about your reflex sight, we want to know; internals/performance. Leave accessories for another video.

    4. What reason is there to remove the battery every time you charge your gun? Just leave it in, less hassle.

    5. +1 on the deans

    6. you never actually hit on performance- groupings, range, etc

  • @hanky1324

Groupings, yeah, standard VFC stuff... So above average AEG ver2 one piece hopup performance. Air seal and FPS consistency all quite good. Nothing to write home about.

I wish I could give exact numbers but the gun was modified substantially so no longer possible.

  • what c are the lipos that u are using and have u installed a mosfet

  • @macmac2851 No MOSFET, 30C

With a good high torque (I'm using a G&P M160) motor and a 7.4V 30C lipo, I get super fast trigger response to the point a MOSFET really becomes unnecessary.

  • i'm thinking of getting the dboys spr grip for it and wondering if it would work with the motor it comes with as far as size. if you could suggest any that have the finger groove type style and would work would be welcome and appreciated, however.

  • @XjesstenX

The stock motor is specific to the gun, it will not fit with a regular M4 grip. If you intend to change the grip, you will need to change the motor to a standard long axis motor.

The stock motor is a high speed, long axis motor that's a little shorter than a normal one to accommodate the short grip

  • @Ecthelion008 alright thanks... i guess i'll just use a pachmayr slip-on grip instead.

  • do you know of any aftermarket pistol grips that are the appropriate size for the motor?

  • is the jg/AEG version just a clone of the VFC one?

  • @GroundGravy

    DBoys, not JG

and yes, it's a clone... almost, a few very minor difference, and the overall fit and finish different too

  • @Ecthelion008

really? that is interesting. because evike has a jg one and i almost bought it...lol it is cheaper and appears to be the same thing, but under the JG/AEG brand...is evike lying?

  • @GroundGravy

There are 3 known clones of the VFC version (it's a very very popular model) and NONE of them are JG. Evike probably just labelled them wrong, happens all the time

  • @Ecthelion008 no me they can get sued for naming the gun the same

  • could you use a mosfet to stop the 2 round burst with semi or is it just momentum with the motor and gears

  • @spritegamer Good question, a MOSFET would solve the issue.

Either that or simply using either a stronger spring, or a lower torque motor

  • @Ecthelion008 true but if you went with a lower torque motor would it still be able to pull back the spring because you said that you have an m135 in it

  • mine shoots around 400-410 out of the box

  • what connector does it come with for the battery i couldnt make out what you were saying !?

  • @TacticalAirsoft13

original PEQ box fits, not surprisingly a PEQ sized LIPO

  • can u fit a lopo inside the upper recever im going to get this gun and i was just wondering

  • @johnnyreferseed

Been discussed in the comments, answer is yes, but highly not recommended. Requires dis-assembly to install/remove

  • @Ecthelion008 well i was going to have it so i could the charging wire in a way so i could pull it through the wholes to charge it and i work on alot of guns so dis-assmbly is not a problem

  • @johnnyreferseed

You could do it that way. My best friend does, but he completely removes the gas block not just the gas tubes. This makes the gun look less realistic but it also means that if you have a lipo accident, you can quickly rip out the battery and not just have it start melting your gun

  • Is there a fuse on this gun ??

  • would you recommend this over a kwa sr10?

  • what parts should i upgrade if i want to use a m125 spring

  • Excellent review. Thanks for taking the time to do it. May I ask you what model and brand is your mini reflex sight? It looks like a Swiss Arms Micro Dot Sight but I am not sure. Thanks!

  • is it worth it to upgrade to the stock inner barrel with a 6.01 or 6.03 mm diameter i heard the stock barrel has a 6.04mm

  • @CoolBendyStraws

Honestly a barrel upgrade does not do much for accuracy especially if the stock one is already decent (which this one is).

I run a 303mm 6.04mm Prometheus through mine just cause I had one lying around.

  • is that a NC STAR red dot or a different brand

  • @WoundDragon

Really wish I knew the brand. I just got it out of a black box, unmarked.

  • @Ecthelion008 It could be either a Swiss Arms, an Element or an NC Star mini reflex sight.. The NC Star has a log on the front (the face closer to the muzzle). The Swiss Arms seems to have no logos whatsoever and so does the element one. There are a number of other manufacturer who have no brands on their mini reflex sights. Both the Swiss Arms or NC Star seem to be among the top of mini reflex sights makers.

  • Can it handle an 11.1v lipo with ease?

  • @tendtoace23

yes it can, however make sure you pair that battery with a M120 spring or above (M140 if you switch to Deans connectors)

With Deans connectors on a M130 spring, my gun double shoots on semi-auto since the cyclic rate is too high. That's one of the reasons I stepped it down to a 7.4

  • why do you have three xtm rail covers on the left side and only two on the right?

  • @FatalSharpshot23 because the rail size is smaller on the right, if the rail was longer, then it would impede with the folding stock

  • @YahtzeeG8 Sorry I meant, you CAN'T take the battery back out unless you disassemble the rifle.

  • @YahtzeeG8 You can install a battery inside, but requires modification and you can take the battery back out without disassembling the rifle.

  • Does the Pmag feed good all the time? did you use any tape on the inside ofthe lower receiver in order to get a better fit for the Pmag?

  • you have some nice guns!
