quiting smoking is the hardest thing I've done. in the end it was a punctured lung and constant pain in my chest that helped me stop.

just keep thinking how painful your death will be if you keep smoking.or just go to the hospital and see the people dieing from smoking that might help.

i have a few friends who quit, and they said one of the hardest things was the oral fixation and not having something to hold in your hand, so they're chewing something, or having something in their hands, one of them still carries around a fake cigarette in case they have a sudden anxiety attack
