M DiMenno. I'm headed down to Overbrook tonight 'Christmas Eve'. My cousin still lives there. I'll be heading to Midnight Mass at St. Donatos too. My wife and I don't do Facebook. You can contact me through email thebestcarpenter@comcast.net
Hey Mike!!! Mike who though? Thanks a mill for taking the time to check out my video. I hope it brought back many great memories as it did for me and the rest of our Overbrook family. Check me out on facebook "Gilo tine" hope all is well. My best for you and the family for the holidays. Talk to you soon. :)
Hi Ant. It's Mike D. I lived on 68th st. Last block up before it turned into Malvern Ave. Well done on the vid. I really enjoyed the memories! Especially you mentioning Vince the prophet (my great uncle), no lie. Nobody believed me when I told them back then. Hope all is well with you and your family. :)
Yo Ant! Nice job. Dedications were cool at the end. Sadly so many more then and since. I showed my daughter the video and she said "yo that's so cool mom!" I keep telling her we all invented cool back in the day in Obrook. LOL. It was the best place on earth to grow up. That's for sure.
I grew up in Overbrook. This is such a trip. I miss Vincents Pizza and going to St Donatos every day for school. Thanks for an awesome trip down memory lane. I shared the video with all of my Overbrook friends. Hope it helps your views.
great job reppin the Brook i remmeber all them places. i went to Callistus and played football there and baseball at Papa's hate waterice at Diaguardi's, i worked at Vincent's, chilled by "Indian Rock" played at Center Lanes i grew up on 66th and Haddington what up!
Not a rap fan, but it was cool to see my old hood in a video. Awesome you included Vince the Prophet...a local legend. You needed Granaham playground in there though...hehe
:) thnx so much Nic! Ur the best. Glad u took the time to listen and enjoy the cd. Ur support is appreciated. XOXO:)
