Because speakers are just so expensive and hard to find.... I built a gaming computer around the time this video was created, everything including a (19") monitor, mouse, backlit keyboard, speakers, as a nice Apevia case, as well as all of the guts came to a little less than this price, including tax and shipping.

This guy is so stupid, any idiot can drive on over to their local Walmart, Target, Bestbuy or whatever and pick up some great twenty dollar speakers that will last a decade.

I have worked in call centers in Panama for the past 3 years, maybe 5% of the agents do a great job, the rest is average to crap. I´m panamanian and love my country, but I tell like it is and can say that we in Panama do not have a customer service mentality, service is notoriusly poor, bad attitude, sullen faces, most of the time, with a few exceptions. The attitude is, if I serve you right, you will take advantage of me and screw me, also to serve someone is to be beneath them.

Yes the call is for real, is from DELL Inc. located on the former Howard Air force Base in Panama, Central America. LMAO that guy was such an dick. I'm Cuban and so I speak Spanish and when I would call somewhere I would ask for someone who speaks Spanish. I stopped doing that right away. I don't know where the people I was speaking with were from but they had absolutely no respect and their Spanish was horrible (yes, Spanish speakers that didn't even speak it correctly). We should only give these jobs to people from the U.S who have a high school diploma.
