Hahaha, I wa sin that one too! That was back when I was using my old minmatar brutor female, Klytie Ulloriaq. She's even on the overview, though it's tough to see, even in 1080. First in an Ashimmu, then in a Gila. Test server fleet fights are loads of fun.

@strykerfreedom Since solar systems are hosted on a single node, being on sisi or TQ doesn't change much in the end... singularity as a much smaller "node pool" given there are very few systems that are actually fired up, and since even if many get started, there will be nobody inside, therefore the CPU load would be minimal.

that's the same reasonning behind the "super nodes" that CCP is deploying on TQ. They will host posted "fleet battle", insuring that the high end CPU is put to good use !

@strykerfreedom From now, fleet battle paperwork will automatically assign your planed system of fight to a "super node", insuring that you can fight on a high end hardware node, that can handle much more calculations than regular sol nodes.

Those will be assigned during downtime, since the whole universe is shut down during DT everyday ;)

it hogs your resources because of the extreme high resolution capturing. The higher the resolution the more data is written per second to maintain the 24-30 fps you ask fraps to record at.

if they snipe they are, if they provide logistics for the fleet they are, and if they are using tons of drones yes, everyone else is usually running away orbiting or tackling and are moving alot

Depends, it may reduce dps by an ever so slight amount due to the fact your ship is moving, but with ships of that size its not something you should rely upon.

yes, the big ships are very slow. if you do fleet battles with small ships, things fly around much faster.
