The same thing that happened to this guy that posted this video and nickluckie happened to me. A coworker told me to order an hid kit from ddmtuning stating they are quality and he had no problems with them, since the auto shops where i live want to charge 200-450 dollars for an hid kit. To make things worse they refuse to sell anything higher than 6k stating it causes the laws to harass u. I have had 3% tint all around on my impala for 3yrs! Do u think I care about the laws? @dsouthernflyboi what are you talking about i just ordered 8ks and my friend has 10ks in his car we both ordered from ddm and he had no problem me on the other hand i havnt gotten mine yet
@lionelnut69. they got my order wrong twice. same exact thing happen. wrong bulb size, wrong temp. i got the notion that sometimes they may not actually be READING the order. dont get me wrong my kit works it gives me no promblems. i have since replaced by bulbs with a diff temp but my fog lights stay the same. NO PROMBLEMS with the ballast. I just cant stand they did not send what I ordered TWICE.
DDM Tuning fucking sucks monster cock!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after a month of waiting i finally get my lights only to find out that they are not 10,000k but looks like 6,000k and I've been arguing with them for over a month sending pictures during the day and night of them and they must be color blind cause they keep saying they look blue to them even tho they are white and everyone i"ve talked to say they are white..I would not buy from them pieces of shit again!!!!!!!FUCK YOU DDM
I noticed DDM seems to have a lot of backorders on a lot of there products. I ordered a H7 4500K HID kit on April 14th and it's now April 16th and still haven't received my kit. DDM's website says it would only take 3 to 5 business days till I get my kit. I noticed the shipping Tracker on there website. DDM must have way too much demand.
@plptypscp sorry, I meant to say it's now April 22nd and still haven't received my order. It's going to be more than 5 business days to receive my order
yeah the ones i ordered from them one of the bulbs switched colors on me. I order 6000K and they worked just fine for 2 months, then my passenger side bulb turned white, like a 4300K bulb. It looked funny so i called Stealth Auto and they said they would replace it. They are a DDM kit, but i paid more going through stealth auto. :(
Yeah. I know. Send them back, they charged me a 20% restocking fee. Contested it with my credit card company, got credit then was charged back. Now I've brought it to the attention of the Better Business Bureau. It's not a huge dollar amount, but the principle of it.
I never got an invoice either in the box or email. Then one miraculously pops up when I make some noise to my credit card company. My opinion of DDM Tuning / Apexicone is forever tarnished as a result.
@realmac3k whaat thats not right if it was their fault. so what kinda HIDs you running now? i just bought some directly from the store, more convenient for me. you cant go wrong with the price and the life time warranty. peace.
I got a high res pic of the correct bulbs, they are definitely the wrong ones. I shipped them back via FedEx today. Ordered from one of their competitors. Sucks, but I already waited a week, just to be disappointed. :(

Sorry about your trouble. DDM has done this to many people. They also have poor reputations on various forums around the net.
The temp (6K, here) doesn't always need to match PROVIDED the transformers are compatible.

Yup, those were definately H1 ones, you can tell by the shape of the base of the bulbs ;)

they are the wrong bulbs, ddm are always making mistake sending out the wrong bulbs. you're not the only person that have receive the wrong bulb.
