there's a very satirical air to it. sarcasm i guess, but not light hearted sarcasm. sarcasm as in waiting for the right time. and then you put it with these rabbits.
to AnarchicQ: great vid, i love it. this one fits so well, it looks like it was professionally made just for the song or vice versa. only if it were it'd be tori walking through lakeside instead of heather.

I recognize this song from the movie "Toys" with Robin Williams, which is a great movie. But this short movie is superb in it's own right!

I just found out she didn't write it herself; she just performed it. That's probably why she's able to hate it. I still like it very much though!
