These are great to replace your existing home VoIP service to save money (such as Vonage). We were paying $400+ / yr for Vonage service. The equivalent plan for SkypeIn and SkypeOut costs $60 / yr. We bought the Ipevo S0-10 desk phone (ethernet) as well as the S0-20 wifi phone. Between the two we have the perfect setup to replace our Vonage, and its really like having any other telephone in the house. Ipevo does a great job if you have a need for a standalone Skype phone.

Good Idea, although i own an iPhone 3GS and i've just downloades SKYPE app for iphone for free, use it whenever, just as an example, when my girl is online and I'm out of home, just set it up, I go online on SKYPE in my iphone while she is on her laptop and then we can talk for hours (until my battery runs out of course)
