In the end, he KIND OF succeeded!

Frostmourne will NEVER be used to kill the lich king.

Shadowmourne WILL be from a chain quest which will be a pain in the ass for paladins because you have to take certain SP attacks from 3 bosses to make the quest complete. Warriors can shield wall and DKs can use the Anti magic shield. Paladins bubble wont work because it absorbs the attack, it doesnt take damage
